Information System Office (Kantor Sistem Informasi/KSI) is a vital part of the university that supports the management of information system in UAJY. The main responsibilities of KSI include:

  • To plan and to form a computer-based information system
  • To improve the staff’s performance with the help of software and hardware
  • To supervise the work of unit of information system
  • To provide information to the board
  • To provide information if required by units in the university
  • To form an infrastructure that provides electronic canals to cover the needs of the organization

Vision

To become a unit that provides services in Information Technology, Communication and Infrastructure in order to support the improvement of the university.

Mission

  • To form a reliable infrastructure of technology information in UAJY
  • To provide excellent service that supports the university’s mission in academic, research and community service
  • To be a leader in creating information technology strategies in UAJY
  • To support other units to improve the quality of service
